Bucket List
Due to somewhat recent events, I’e decided to share my bucket list. I’ve had one for a while - adding, changing and crossing things off of it as time passed - so maybe posting it up here will give me a few more ideas.. :)
Or perhaps I’ll find some people to do some of these things with me. After all, a flash mob of one would look a little odd.. :P (just as an example)
So here it is, in no particular order (crossed out the ones I’ve already done):
Act in a play- Act like the people from “the Blair Witch Project” but in Ikea. Film everything and name it “The Blair Ikea Project”
- Adopt an otherwise “unwanted” animal from a shelter
Attempt some type of drinking game (at least once)Be a part of a flash mobBreak out into a rendition of The Wheels on the Bus while riding public transportation; Of course change the lyrics to shed light on the type of passengers who ride.- Cook something with someone else (other than a family member) [I don’t know.. it sounds like fun :) ]
Come out of the closet (In general)- Come out to my family
- Complete an entire sketchbook
Confess my true feelings for someoneDo a backflipDo something “contraversial” or “risky” without worrying about the consequencesDo something charitable on my own time/resourcesEarn a first degree Black Belt in KarateEarn my boaters licence- Earn my pilot’s licence
Earn my snow mobiling licence- Figure out how to make awesome things in the microwave besides… well… microwavable stuff! (LIKE CAKE! :D )
- Figure out what I’m going to do after universiy
- Follow a jogger, blasting “Eye of the Tiger” for encouragement
Forgive the person that bullied me the most when I was youngerGet lost in a big city- Get over my crippling stage fright
Give out free hugs (sign and all)Glue quarters to a street on the side walk and photograph people who pick them up.- Go kite-boarding
Go on a RV trip- Go to a pizza place, order delivery, and get a free ride home with my pizza
Go ClubbingGraduate high school- Graduate University
Have a meaningful heart to heart conversation with a homeless person- Have a paint fight
- Host some type of social event in my own place of residence (even if it’s in a cardboard box or something…)
Have someone stay over at my own house/dorm/whatever I’m living in at the moment. (besides family)Have a snowball fight- Hike through the Grand Canyon (Top to Bottom or vice versa)
Hold a slothLearn another language- Learn American Sign Language
Learn how to surfMake a new friend abroadMake someone’s dayApparently I did :)Make a new friend in university- Make vanilla putting, put it in an empty mayonnaise jar, and eat it in public
Meet my pen pal in personMove outProm-pose to someone- Push a Slinky down an escalator
Pull an all-nighterRead the Bible cover to coverRide in a helicopterRide in a submarine- See a movie in a drive in theatre
See the Northern lightsSell a piece of art to a complete stranger- Send a fan letter to a non-famous person
Send a message in a bottleSend postcards from every part of the world I visitongoingShow my work in some type of Art Expo (either big or small)- Solve a Rubix Cube (without any help)
Spend the day making an epic sandcastle (or other sand sculpture) and take a picture of it when it is doneStay up all night staring at the stars- Stop worrying about how my parents may judge me
- Stop being so afraid to approach strangers working on it…
- Surf and snowboard in the same day
Swim with stingraysTake a train by myselfTake part in a Harry Potter movie MarathonTake pictures while parasailing- Take pictures with a Polaroid Camera
- Take up Parkour
- Teach a parrot to say “Help! I’ve turned into a parrot!”
Throw a dart at a map and travel to wherever it lands- Travel to every state in the USA
Try wake boarding- Visit every continent at least once
Volunteer at a crisis hotline- Watch both of my sisters graduate from high school
- Wear a Go-Pro camera to film an ordinary day
- Visit each Canadian province
Visit the Queer Village (Montreal)-
Save a life(The perks of being a lifeguard (: ) - Organise all my travel photos

Send a letter to a random address and see if they write back(Just sent it off today! :D ) Throw toast during a screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show- Let someone in, without fear
- Move on from the past, and stop letting it control everything
- Plan a trip on my own, to anywhere (as in.. not something typical like going back home from university… I mean actually go somewhere on my own time, planning, and cash)
This list may change over time, but we’ll see about that. :)
